Hi Wonderful East Bay Restaurants & Chefs!

My name is Erin Seamans and I am the program manager for Sprouts Chef Training Program. I place youth experiencing hardship in restaurants like yours to train up to land their first culinary job.

Are you interested in hosting a promising intern this Fall/Spring/Summer 2022/2023? We would love to have you host an intern for 2-3 months, 2x per week. We cover their minimum wage.

Fall Cohort: Sept -Dec

Spring Cohort: Feb-April

Summer Cohort: May - Aug
